About the property
This beautiful villa is located on a large property in the village of Karojba near Motovun. Due to the large garden, it is ideal for families with children. Outside you will find a large swimming pool with a nice covered dining area. A beautiful built-in grill completes the picture and enables complete enjoyment. The pool is equipped with a massage system. There is also a badminton court and two bicycles for discovering the surroundings. There are shops and pizzerias nearby that you can reach on foot if you don't want to use a car.
In the interior, you will find a modern, beautifully decorated open-plan living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a wonderful view of the pool and the surrounding green hills. In the additional room there is a table for billiards and darts and a Playstation with a seat for car simulations. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two more on the upper floor. Two bathrooms and one toilet are available. The house is fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet.
