With its large garden, the house is ideal for families with children. With outdoor equipment such as homemade carousel, a slide with a tree house, various climbing frames, a volleyball/football court, children will enjoy spending time outdoors. And we mustn't forget the 50m2 massage pool, suitable for both swimmers and those who are just learning to swim.

After an active day, you can spend pleasant summer evenings in the covered summer kitchen with grilled dishes.

If you want to discover the surroundings of Karojba on two wheels, two bicycles for adults are at your disposal. Nearby is the former Parenzana railway, which connected the popular Poreč with the Italian Trieste, with a total length of 120 km. In the village there are two small shops, a pizzeria, and the surrounding area has a rich offer of wineries and agrotourisms.

The interior of the villa is fully equipped. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, from a coffee machine to an ice machine, which is much needed in the summer, and if you decide to spend lunch indoors, we believe that it will not be difficult for you, because the view that the dining room offers is magical.

The special feature of the villa is that it has the so-called "men's cave" (of course women are also allowed to enter), with billiards, darts, Playstation and a seat for playing - racing rig. The house is fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet.
